1. Preamble
Patrimonial is an innovative technology platform that allows users to manage their individual assets, liabilities and collectibles in a single place.
Aeternum Tech is the company that owns and develops the Patrimonial Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, you (hereinafter, the "User") accept these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Platform.
2. Description of the Service
Patrimonial offers a wide range of features for the comprehensive management of assets, liabilities and collectibles, including:
- Registration and categorization: Users can register and categorize their assets, liabilities and collectibles in detail, including financial information, descriptions, images and documents.
- Tracking and analysis: The Platform offers tools for tracking and analyzing the performance of assets, liabilities and collectibles, including graphs, reports and personalized alerts.
- Valuation: Patrimonial provides tools for valuing assets, liabilities and collectibles, using different methods and sources of information.
- Investment management: The Platform offers tools for investment management, including asset selection, portfolio diversification and performance tracking.
- Personalized reports: Users can generate personalized reports on their assets, liabilities, net worth and other financial indicators.
3. Registration and Account
To use the Platform, the User must create an account and provide certain personal information, such as their full name, email address, phone number and password. The User is responsible for the veracity, accuracy and timeliness of the information provided. The User is responsible for keeping their account and password confidential and not sharing them with third parties. Patrimonial is not responsible for the misuse of the User's account by third parties.
4. Subscription and Rates
Patrimonial offers different subscription plans with different features and prices. The User can choose the plan that best suits their needs. Subscription plans and rates are available on the Platform.
Payment for the subscription is made through the payment methods available on the Platform. The User is responsible for keeping their payment method up to date and ensuring that there are sufficient funds to cover the payment of the subscription.
5. Intellectual Property
The content of the Platform, including text, images, graphics, software, source code, design, trademarks and logos, is protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property laws. The User may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, create derivative works or otherwise exploit the content of the Platform without the prior written consent of Aeternum Tech.
6. Privacy
Patrimonial is committed to protecting the privacy of Users. The Patrimonial Privacy Policy, which is available on the Platform, describes how Patrimonial collects, uses and protects Users' personal information.
7. Limitation of Liability
Patrimonial and Aeternum Tech are not responsible for any damages caused by the use of the Platform, including, but not limited to:
- Errors, omissions or interruptions in service.
- Failures in the security of the Platform.
- Loss of User data or information.
- Damage caused by viruses or malware.
- Damage caused by misuse of the Platform by the User or third parties.
In no case shall the total liability of Patrimonial and Aeternum Tech for any damage or harm caused to the User, whatever its cause, exceed the total amount paid by the User for the subscription to the Platform during the twelve (12) month period prior to the event giving rise to the liability.
8. Indemnity
The User agrees to indemnify and hold Patrimonial and Aeternum Tech harmless from any liability for damages caused by the User's use of the Platform, including legal costs and attorneys' fees.
9. Modification of Terms
Patrimonial reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes to the Terms by email or by notice on the Platform.
Changes to the Terms will take effect from the date of their publication on the Platform or from the date of sending the email to Users, whichever is later.
If the User does not agree with the changes to the Terms, they may cancel their subscription to the Platform.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable country. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the corresponding rules.
